I had heard about this book on podcasts related to productivity and coaching, but until now I hadn’t made the time for it. A great little 100-page gem. The most notable point: the importance of connecting beyond work, of bringing the human and the personal into the workplace. I wrote a separate post to highlight its main lessons and relate them to the SCRUM methodology; they have a lot in common.
